Overview

Built around three commitments

Roncrib Invest is not a dashboard bolted onto guesswork. The system is organised around a consistent input structure, a visible scoring logic, and a record of outcomes that stays attached to every recommendation it produces.

The pages below break down how each part of the platform behaves in practice, what it depends on, and where its limits are — so you can judge fit before you commit any workflow to it.

01Structured Inputs

Decisions are entered through a fixed set of fields, reducing the risk of missing context between sessions.

02Visible Scoring

Every output shows the factors that shaped it, not just a final recommendation.

03Retained History

Past decisions and their recorded outcomes remain searchable inside your account.

In Detail

How the platform behaves at each stage

01
Intake

Structured decision intake

Rather than free-text notes, Roncrib Invest asks for the same core variables every time a decision is logged — objective, constraints, available options, and known risks. This consistency is what allows later comparisons to hold up: a decision made in March can be reviewed against one made in September on equal terms.

The intake form is deliberately compact. It is designed to take minutes, not hours, so it fits into an existing workflow rather than replacing it.

02
Analysis

Weighted factor scoring

Once a decision is logged, Roncrib Invest runs it through a weighted scoring model that accounts for the variables you supplied alongside relevant historical patterns from your own record. The weighting used for that specific decision is shown alongside the result — there is no hidden multiplier producing a number you cannot trace back to its parts.

Where confidence is low — due to limited history or unusual inputs — the platform flags this explicitly instead of presenting a false level of certainty.

03
Records

Outcome logging

Every recommendation stays linked to a field for recording what actually happened. Over time this builds a private ledger of decisions and results, giving you material to review rather than relying on memory or scattered notes.

Outcome entries are optional but strongly encouraged — the accuracy of future scoring depends in part on this history being kept up to date.

04
Review

Session-level performance review

At any point you can pull a summary of decisions made within a chosen period, filtered by category or outcome status. This is intended for your own periodic review, or to share with a client or partner who wants visibility into how conclusions were reached.

Reviews are exportable, so they can sit alongside other records you already keep rather than living only inside the platform.

05
Access

Single-account access model

Roncrib Invest is built for individual practitioners rather than large teams. Access is issued per account, with no tiered permission layers to configure — the aim is a tool you can start using the same day it is provisioned, without an onboarding project.

Transparency

What "open to review" actually means

Every scored decision carries a status you can inspect at any time — the inputs used, the weighting applied, and the outcome once logged. Nothing is aggregated into a single opaque score without the underlying detail remaining attached.

This does not make Roncrib Invest a guarantee of any particular result. It means the reasoning behind each recommendation is documented and available for your own scrutiny, rather than delivered as a black box.

Input Trail

Retained

Every field submitted at intake stays attached to the resulting recommendation.

Working With It

Designed to sit inside an existing routine

Roncrib Invest does not ask you to change how you work — it asks you to log the decisions you were already going to make, in a consistent format, and to revisit them later. The value builds gradually as your own history accumulates.

There is no requirement to use every feature from day one. Many practitioners start with intake and scoring alone, adding outcome logging and review exports once the basic habit is established.
